This policy explains what information Schnauzer & Sparkle Design LLC collects and how it is used.

Information collected
We may collect your name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping details, order history, product choices, design notes and uploaded files. Rewards members may also provide a birthday, veteran status and referral information.
How information is used
Information is used to create and fulfill orders, process discounts and rewards, provide customer service, prevent fraud, improve the store and meet legal or accounting requirements. Optional marketing consent is separate from necessary order messages.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store complete payment-card numbers. We may share necessary order information with payment, website hosting, shipping and delivery providers only to provide the requested service.
Design uploads
Uploaded artwork is stored securely for order production, customer support and recordkeeping. Do not upload sensitive personal documents or material you are not authorized to use.
Choices and contact
You may ask us to correct or delete eligible personal information by emailing us. Some transaction records may be retained when required for tax, fraud-prevention, accounting or legal purposes.
