Shipping Policy
How processing, rush service, shipping charges and delivery are handled for every order.

Processing times
Standard processing is 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing begins after payment, required design files and proof approval are received. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.
Rush service
When available, 2-business-day rush processing is $10 and next-business-day rush processing is $20. Rush service speeds production only; it does not guarantee carrier delivery. Same-day service is not offered.
Shipping charges
Shipping is charged separately and calculated using the delivery address, order contents, package dimensions and weight. Available carrier services and the final charge are shown during checkout when live rates are available.
Addresses and delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once a carrier accepts a package, delivery estimates and delays are controlled by that carrier.
Lost or damaged packages
Report a missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered package promptly with the order number and photographs when applicable. We will help with the carrier claim, but replacement or reimbursement depends on the carrier’s investigation and available coverage.
