Orders and pricing
Prices, product availability and promotions may change. Orders are accepted after successful payment. We may contact a customer to correct an obvious pricing error, clarify incomplete customization details or decline work that cannot be produced safely or lawfully.
Customer-provided content
By submitting text, photographs, logos or artwork, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to reproduce it. You authorize us to use it only as needed to quote, design, produce and support your order. Customers are responsible for claims arising from unauthorized submitted content.
Prohibited requests
We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property rights, threatens or harasses a person, exploits minors, or otherwise creates unacceptable production or legal risk.
Design work and proofs
Design fees depend on the work required: print-ready PNG files have no design fee; minor cleanup is $5; simple custom design is $10; detailed design starts at $15. Proof approval is required when offered. Colors may vary slightly between screens, transfers, fabric and finished prints.
Discounts, rewards and gift cards
Eligibility is validated during checkout. Gift cards do not expire and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Rewards have no cash value. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and misuse may result in cancellation of the discount or rewards account.
Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. These terms are governed by Oklahoma law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
